Adapted
services

Espace St-Denis has put into place a variety of services to facilitate and enhance our audience’s experience: reserved places in each of our halls; reserved parking spots for handicapped permit holders; booster seats for children; and an assisted listening system for the hearing impaired.

RESERVED PLACES FOR PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY

Specific places on the floor in Théâtre St-Denis’ large hall and in the Studio-Cabaret are provided for people with reduced mobility along with the person who is accompanying them. Reservations must be made by phone at 514 790-1111 or 1 800 848-1594. You must specify when purchasing that you want to reserve tickets in the disabled area.

ADAPTED TRANSPORT

When adapted transport is necessary, we advise calling Espace St-Denis beforehand to learn the show’s duration. People with reduced mobility will be able to wait in the lobby until the arrival of their adapted transport.

ACCESS RAMPS

The entire Espace St-Denis complex is accessible for people with reduced mobility: Théâtre St-Denis; the Studio-Cabaret’s ground level; the Marie-Louise bar / terrace; and the restaurant are all fully accessible.

PARKING

Holders of reduced mobility permits have access to several reserved spots in Espace St-Denis’s interior parking lot (located at the rear of Théâtre St-Denis on Sanguinet Street, near Emery). Parking spots can be reserved in advance.

GUIDE DOGS

Théâtre St-Denis and the Studio-Cabaret allow guide dogs during a show. The person who is accompanied by a guide dog must purchase an aisle seat so that their dog can remain close to them during the performance.

CHILDREN’S BOOSTER SEATS

Espace St-Denis has a limited number of booster seats available for young children. Parents wishing to obtain one or more should make a request with a member of our staff before the performance. As these seats are limited in number, they will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

ASSISTED LISTENING DEVICES FOR THE HEARING IMPAIRED

Assisted listening devices are available at Théâtre St-Denis for the hearing impaired. Patrons must bring their hearing device with them. Please speak with a member of the theater’s staff the evening of the performance for the frequencies.
