It remains open until 30 minutes after the curtain rises to assist with any last-minute needs or immediate support. Please note that the in-person box office is closed on days when no events are scheduled. For any questions outside of these hours, our online ticketing platform remains available at all times to help you plan your next visit.
If you chose to pick up your tickets on-site, we will be happy to provide them to you on the day of your event, according to the box office hours mentioned above. Simply visit the counter with a valid piece of ID; our staff will ensure your evening gets off to a smooth start.
Absolutely! If the event is not sold out, our teams will welcome you at the Espace St-Denis box office two hours before the performance begins. To avoid disappointment, we suggest checking real-time availability on our website before heading over.
