You can purchase your tickets via our website, by phone or in person. The physical box office at Espace St-Denis is only open on days when there are shows. It opens two hours before the shows, please consult the program. Please consult the conditions of purchase for any information relating to the purchase of tickets.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Box office schedule
On show days, the box office opens two hours before the start of the show and closes 30 minutes after the start of the show. On days when there is no event, the ticket office is closed.
Collect tickets at the theater
If you opted to collect your tickets at the theater at the time of purchase, please note that you will be able to collect your tickets on the day of the show only, according to the schedule indicated above.
Service charge
The service fee is used to cover management costs and is generally set at $8.50 (taxes included). It may happen that some shows display a service fee higher than $8.50. This is because the event producer may charge an additional fee to cover management costs.
Rate for groups
Shows generally offer group pricing. The conditions attached to it, such as the minimum number of people required and the discount granted, are defined by the producer. Some shows may not offer group rates. Reservations can only be made by telephone at 514 849-4211, extension 3 or by email at [email protected].
Meal-show packages at Studio-Cabaret
You can purchase a meal-show package at Studio-Cabaret. The package price varies depending on the shows, and the menu may also differ. The menu can be viewed on the show page when purchasing tickets. You can choose your table on the seating chart.
Gift voucher or gift card
Gift cards are available by telephone at 514 790-1111. They are offered at the value of your choice and can be exchanged in person at the Espace St-Denis box office only for any show in the program, subject to availability of seats at the time of exchange.
