We are referring here to a cancelled show, not to be confused with postponed events.
If you have purchased tickets online or by phone for a cancelled event, you do not need to make a refund claim with our customer service, we will proceed with the refund of the tickets in the next few weeks.
However, the refund may not appear on your account until a month or more because of the large number of transactions that needs to be processed.
If you purchased your tickets in person at theatre’s box office, you will have to show up at the same purchase point with your ticket and the credit or debit card that was used for the payment, to claim your refund. Please note that the ticket office at the Théâtre St-Denis, located at 1594 St-Denis Street, is not open during this period of control of the spread of coronavirus. We do not know when the ticket office will reopen at this time.
If you have purchased tickets online for a postponed event, we will contact you to inform you of the new show date. You can also visit the event page on our website to find out the new date. You do not need to contact us in order to exchange your tickets, as they will be valid for the new date and you will be assigned to the same seats.
If you purchased tickets in person at the box office and the event is postponed, please keep your ticket, it will be valid for the new date of the show and you will be assigned to the same seats.
