Théâtre St-Denis is about to write a new chapter in its history by becoming a cultural and gastronomic destination to be known as Espace St-Denis. Starting in fall 2022, Espace St-Denis will expand from the current offerings with the opening of Studio-Cabaret, as well as a French brasserie-style restaurant and a piano-bar-terrace and grill (“Le Marie-Louise”).

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT METHODS
A 25 per cent deposit of the total amount is required when booking tickets for your group. The first installment can be paid with a valid credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express), or on-site with Interac. The 25 per cent deposit is non-refundable.
The second (i.e. final) payment can be made the same way: By telephone at 514 849-4211, Extension 3, or in person should you wish to meet with your Group Reservation representative. Certified cheques, money orders or corporate cheques are also accepted as an in person payment method. Cash and personal cheques, however, are not accepted.
Full payment for all tickets reserved on your behalf must be made no later than thirty (30) days prior to the date of the event. All sales are final and there are no exchanges or refunds once tickets have been printed and issued.
• Changes to the order are possible before final payment is made and no penalty will be assessed.
• Tickets can be delivered by mail or by courier. A delivery charge will be applied.
• Please send us a request if you wish to use a generic visual related to the event to be used as advertising for your organization.

Any group of individuals that is large enough to meet the established minimum requirement to be deemed a “group” can purchase group tickets. A group can be “formal” (business organization, an association, Girl Guides, Scouts, etc.) or “informal” (friends, family, etc.).

Yes. A minimum of ten (10) tickets must be purchased for each performance.
Generally speaking, admission is free for children who are under one year of age and who will be sitting on a parent’s lap. Please consult your Group Reservation representative to know the minimum age allowed for a particular event.
You can purchase tickets at the Espace St-Denis ticket office or via the Ticketpro network (www.ticketpro.ca). However, you will not be entitled to the group rate if you do not meet the minimum criteria established for the number of people required to be considered a group.
No. All ticket orders for groups must be made through the Group Reservation department in order to take advantage of group discounts.
Yes, so long as there are still tickets available for your performance. We will then attempt to assign your additional seats as close as possible to the seats in your original order.
Several options are available. If delivery time permits, they can be sent by mail or by courier (additional charges will apply). Tickets can also be picked up at the Espace St-Denis ticket office or during our office hours by making an appointment beforehand with your Group Reservation representative.
